Terms of Service

The service

FreeClip (freeaiclippingtool.com) turns videos you upload into short vertical clips. FreeClip is an independent product. It uses third-party AI models (speech recognition and language models run on Cloudflare Workers AI, including models published by OpenAI and Meta). FreeClip is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use every video you upload. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to process it only to produce your clips. Source videos are deleted after processing and clips after 24 hours.

Prohibited use

You may not upload or create sexual, sexually suggestive or otherwise NSFW content, content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context, deepfakes or content that impersonates real people, or content that is illegal, hateful, violent, harassing or infringes others' rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account for this, we refund its unused minutes, except where the breach involved fraud or chargebacks.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Payments and minutes

Minute packs are one-time purchases processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles payment and sales tax. Minutes never expire, are deducted by the length of each paid video, and are returned automatically if processing fails.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email support@freeaiclippingtool.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the unused minutes of that pack. Used minutes are not refundable. Minutes for videos that fail to process are returned to your balance automatically.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". AI-selected highlights and captions may contain mistakes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@freeaiclippingtool.com.
